Information We Collect

What we collect depends on which app you use, since Aryan Ordering / Akhila Grocery Store (food and grocery delivery) and Aryan Booking (appointment booking) work differently:

• Account details — your name, phone number, and email address, for every app
• Aryan Ordering & Akhila Grocery Store: items ordered, delivery address, and selected payment method (Cash on Delivery, or online via UPI/card/netbanking through Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly), plus your delivery pincode to confirm you're within a deliverable area
• Aryan Booking: your booking history, the city you've set (detected from your device's location or entered manually) so we can show nearby businesses, and — for home-visit services like plumbing or electrical work — the visit address you provide. Aryan Booking does not collect any payment information; bookings are pay-at-venue only
• A device push token, used solely to send you order-status or booking-related notifications (and, where you haven't opted out, occasional promotional notifications about offers)

How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders, or to create and manage your bookings
• To send status updates and reminders, and, where you haven't opted out, occasional promotional notifications about offers
• To provide customer support and improve the app

How Information Is Shared

Your order or booking details are shared only with the specific business you're ordering from or booking with, so they can fulfil your order or serve your appointment. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with any business other than the one you're transacting with.

Your Choices

You can review and update your account details at any time from the app's Profile screen. If you'd like your account permanently deleted, you can do so yourself from Profile → Delete Account, or by emailing us at info@aryanplatform.in. Deleting your account removes your personal details from our systems; past order records are kept in anonymised form only where the business needs them for accounting purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained by the business you ordered from for accounting and legal purposes, even after account deletion, but with your personal identifying details removed.
